Wholesale application

To start, contact our wholesale manager and fill in the wholesale customer application. After reviewing it, we will agree on terms with you.

Prices and payment

The price level or wholesale discount is set for each customer after reviewing the application and may change over time. A customer may lose the wholesale discount after a long period without orders. Several payment options are available, and deferred payment is possible based on our track record together.

Delivery

Shipping to other regions via carriers and pickup points, in whichever way suits you. Pickup from our office is also available.

Returns

Returns must be agreed in advance. A final decision is made after reviewing all the circumstances that may justify the return.

Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of handover to the Buyer, only in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Parts with signs of installation or use are not accepted, except in cases of factory defects.

Defective goods are accepted for return within 6 (six) months of handover to the Buyer with documents confirming purchase from the Supplier.

If a defect is found after installation, the Buyer must provide: a copy of the service station work order for the installation; a copy of the station's license for such work; a copy of the station's certificate of conformity; and the station's report recognizing the part as defective.
